Hi Dr. Magnifico,
I live in Perry Hall and I have a 3 year old dog named Leo with IVDD. After doing research, I have come to see you have a lot of knowledge on it.

Leo had surgery for disc herniation at T12/13 back in January. Dr. Gainsburg in Catonsville is our neurologist who did the surgery. Leo then had a flare up in April that Dr. Gainsburg had us treat with steroids and 8 weeks of rest. He was doing well for the past 4 weeks but today he is having another flare up. We are vigilant about no stairs, jumping, or rough play and didn’t notice any triggers for this flare up. I gave him some tramadol and gabapentin and he’s back in his recovery pen.

Anyway, I am wondering if you could recommend a place for acupuncture and/or cold laser therapy. I thought we might try that. Thank you for reading all this!
