My cat keeps letting her tongue stick out. I think she might be sick, but she seems fine otherwise. I’ve just never seen her actually do this before though I’ve seen other cats like this when they were sick. Do I need to bring her to a vet?

Laura Depending on the size of your dog, it may pass. I’d call your vet for advice, though…they may want you to bring the dog in immediately.

So, I’m taking care of my friend’s cat, and was instructed to feed her 2 cans of food per day.. Yesterday, the cat just wouldn’t stop begging for more food. I had to give her 4 cans throughout the day. Is that normal or healthy?

Laura Cats can be horribly manipulative. Provided she is healthy, I wouldn’t worry. I’d let your friend know, though. 🙂

Dawn Ferara, DVM If she is only suppose to have 2 cans I would break up the 2 cans into 4 feedings, this may help

If you feel she is sick, take her to the vet.
