My dog has a bad nose the top of it is pealing of and it looks as if something is growing on it like funges

You get it diagnosed. That’s the only way. It could be indeed an infection, fungal or bacterial, it could be immune problem … each of those things has a different treatment. Cannot treat something without knowing what you’re treating. Please see a vet and have the problem identified so it can be treated successfully. What breed is your dog?
