Playing and biting is usually normal puppy behavior. Ideally provide lots of playtime with a wide variety of toys available to play with. Providing direction for appropriate play behavior and lots of training and positive reinforcement is the best way to help a pup learn what is acceptable and grow up into a confident happy dog.
