Some tortilla chip crumbs may have fallen into my cats ears while he was laying on his back. Should I be worried about this? If some did get in how can his ears be cleaned out?

As long as you wipe him off, he should be fine. If he shows any signs of an ear infection, take him to a vet and they will most likely prescribe him some ear drops or something similar
