Rosie presented for Straining to urinate. Upon Xray, there were 4 very large stones shown. She was put on a special urinary diet in hopes it would dissolve the stones. After we rechecked a few weeks late, it was notes that they were not getting smaller and the next step would b a Cystotomy. On the day of surgery, Rosie received IV fluids as well as antibiotics to help with any infection. The four stones were removed y the vet during surgery and sent off for testing.
