Cleo is a healthy 6-year-old spayed cockapoo. Cleo came to Jarrettsville Veterinary Center for her annual exam, and it was found that she had a significant amount of calculi and plaque on her teeth. In order to stay proactive her owners and veterinarian decided to schedule her for a routine dental cleaning.
Cleo’s procedure went well, and she did not need to have any extractions. After surgery she recovered well and is back to her normal self. With regular teeth brushing her owners can keep her teeth nice and healthy!
Cleo had blood work done prior to her dental cleaning to make sure that she was healthy and ready for her procedure.
Below are the costs of her dental cleaning and some pictures from her procedure
Pre-op bloodwork, fecal screening, and examination $135
IV catheter, fluids, and fluid pump $115
Anesthesia $125
Scaling and Polishing of the teeth $95
Dental radiographs $100
Total: $570
