Peanut was seen back in November 2023 for various symptom’s, including not eating and drinking, acting lethargic and just not her usual bright self. Blood was taken and sent to the lab and she was treated with an injectable antibiotic and sub cutaneous fluid therapy. It was noted that Peanut was also in need of a dental.
Turns out Peanut had a bad tooth on the upper left side. We talked about taking an x-ray, or performing an ultrasound. The owner elected to have an injectable antibiotic again and schedule to have the tooth removed.
Peanut had her teeth cleaned and polished as well as three extractions. She is now back to her old self eating, drinking and playing again!
