Ebony presented with wounds that needed to be addressed. She was also urinating outside of the litter box. After addressing the wounds and taking some bloodwork, it was determined that an exploratory procedure would be the next step in helping Ebony. This was being done to look any remaining hernias or to spay her if she was not spayed already.
The surgery went well and Ebony did not have any hernias and she was already spayed. She also had a microchip implanted while she was in for her surgery.
Below is a list of the procedures that Ebony had and their costs.
Pre-op bloodwork- $60
Exploratory procedure- $75
Anesthesia- $125
IV catheter, fluids, and fluid pump- $115
Post-op pain medication- $23
Microchip- $25
Protective medical pet shirt- $28
TOTAL- $451
Ebony recovered from her surgery and is doing well!
