During his most recent visit, Taco was seen for a mass on one of his front paws. His housemates and himself had been licking it and it had begun bleeding. In his exam, it was determined removal was the best course of action.
On the day of surgery, Taco was dropped off first thing in the morning and checked in by a Technician, addressing any questions and/or concerns his owner may have prior to surgery.
Taco was then taken to the treatment area where her IV catheter was placed. Following that, he was connected to IV fluids in preparation for surgery.
The surgery to remove the mass went smoothly and Taco recovered from his anesthesia beautifully. Once he’d had time to fully recover, he was discharged later that day by a Technician, again, addressing any questions or concerns the owner may have.
