Jax is a young, healthy puppy who finished all of his puppy vaccines, had multiple examinations with his vet and also pre -op blood work. He was deemed a normal healthy dog and had a normal routine neuter surgery at my veterinary clinic.
The morning of his surgery he was examined, given an injectable NSAID for pain and inflammation that lasts 24 hours and neutered under general anesthesia with intubation.
His surgery consisted of the following:
anesthesia $125
canine neuter $100
nail trim (free with exams and surgery)
medical pet shirt to protect incision $28
Injectable NSAID pre op $26
NSAID to go home for 4 days $13
total cost for procedure $292

His neuter was performed by me, his veterinarian. It is posted with his families permission.
