Surgery

Neuter of a 9 month old Domestic Shorthaired Cat

Tell Your Story:

Max first came to see us as a brand new kitten last November (2023). He had his blood drawn and sent to the lab today to ensure his safety for neuter surgery. Once we have his results we can schedule his neuter.

Max’s bloodwork came back NSF, which means “no significant findings”, and is a good thing, meaning Max is good to go for his surgery.

Mid January Max came in for his surgery and to also have a microchip implanted. Both procedures went great and he recovered wonderfully from his anesthesia. Before things were said and done Max had his nails were trimmed as well. He went home later that day and was very happy to see his owner!

Rough surgical cost breakdown:
ANESTHESIA $25.00
Castration Feline $75.00
