Routine Neuter on an 11 month old Red Healer

Tell Your Story:

Goose is an amazing 11 month old Red Healer. He recently came in for his annual exam and vaccine boosters. A pre-surgical blood panel was sent tot the lab to ensure his safety under anesthesia. His results came back NSF (no significant findings – this is a good thing) so his neuter surgery was scheduled not to long after.

On the day of surgery, Goose was dropped off first thing in the morning and checked in by a Technician, addressing any questions and/or concerns the owner may have prior to surgery.

Goose was then taken to the treatment area where his IV catheter was placed by a Technician. Next he was connected to his IV fluid pump and began his IV fluid therapy in preparation for surgery.

The neuter went smoothly and Goose recovered from his anesthesia beautifully. He was discharged to his owner later that day after fully recovering from the anesthesia.
