Josephina is a recent rescue, and came to JVC for her first time not too long ago and we are more than happy to have her!
She got her vaccine updates during her Annual Exam. We also drew her blood to send out to the lab for two reasons… the first being her overall wellness panel and also to ensure she is a safe candidate for anesthesia to be spay and have her teeth cleaned and polished.
Both procedures were routine and uneventful (which is a good thing). Josephina woke up smoothly and recovered from anesthesia following the procedures.
Later that, Josephina was discharged by a Technician, answering any questions or concerns the owner may have prior to taking the patient home post-op.
Almost a week has passed since her surgery day and Josephina is healing beautifully.
