Sadie has been coming to JVC since she was a puppy. Now that she is old enough she is going to be spayed.

On the day of surgery, Sadie was dropped off first thing in the morning and checked in by a Technician, addressing any questions and/or concerns the owner may have prior to surgery.

Sadie was then taken to the treatment area where her IV catheter was placed. Following that, she was connected to IV fluids in preparation for surgery.

The spay went smoothly and Sadie recovered from her anesthesia beautifully. Once she’d had time to fully recover, she was discharged later that day by a Technician, again, addressing any questions or concerns the owner may have. She went home in a Medical Pet Shirt, which is a nice alternative to an Elizabethan collar, as well ass some pain control medication to keep her comfy and calm so she can rest to allow for proper healing.

While under sedation still, Sadie also received her vaccine boosters for the year and got a free nail trim.
