Hi Doctor,

I need help which is perhaps very late but even though i want to know something serious.

Recently last Sunday i lost my son he was German Shepherd 3 yrs only.
Since last week Wednesday he wasn’t eating we took him to one vet care in but that doctor without taking his blood sample. Just gave him injection course of antibiotic for three days when we told him that what happened he said nothing just insect bite. Which i had a doubt on second day again we told that he hasn’t eaten anything please examine he didn’t just gave him injection.

He said that he is OK on last day we also told him that he is not eating and his poop was red and sticky he ignored it. Suddenly on Saturday night around 20:00pm he started showing neurological signs we cried badly we called that doctor he didn’t pick up .

We rushed our boy to other Vet but unfortunately he tried level best to save him but his body was having no fluid and he died on Sunday.

Please help me into this matter what made that we lost him he was very strong. PLEASE HELP ME so that i can know what made him to die.

Two days ago all my cat Morgan did was sleep and eat and I thought he just needed alone time so I ignored it. But during the night my cat started to vomit a green-yellow liquid and just sleeped. He wouldn’t eat or go to the restroom until the afternoon.During this time he was starting to act normal and eat. But then when he walk he had a small limp. As the hours past he couldn’t even walk or move. When he tries to sit up all he does is cry in pain. He hasn’t eaten since the afternoon and is currently sleeping. He has not been yet neutered or gotten all his vaccine since we barely found him in the street and are currently working on getting them done. He has an appointment tomorrow with his vet but am scared that he won’t survive the night and don’t like seeing in pain. Is their anything I can do to lessen his pain. And how would one transport him to the vet since with any movement his in pain.

Please no negativity here. Let me explain the situation. I live with roommates and I have 2 females and she has 2 males, I had my females before she got her males. Anyways, we had separated the males from the females at the end of May. I don’t know how I missed all the signs, denial? I don’t know but it wasn’t until July 5 when I noticed that her teats were getting bigger and realized she was pregnant and didn’t know how that could have happened as we had separated them and the reason why we separated them was because we were going to get them fixed through a program but they couldn’t do it until the middle of this month so we thought it’d be best to separate them. Anyways, at around 1130pm on July 13th I heard a lot of cries coming from outside as if to say an animal was in distressed, so I went outside to check on my two and they were both acting very excited and my pregnant girl disappeared into the back yard where it was dark, so I grabbed a flash light and followed her and that’s when I realized she was in labor, she was panting heavily and found herself a spot.

So I picked her up and took her into a bigger spot where I can keep an eye on her and I waited with her. At 1:30am July 14, she had her puppy but only 1 so I thought okay, we got lucky and only have to find a home for 1 puppy.

Now today she is still crying and panting and keeps licking her vulva, is that really normal? I’m just very concerned with her and right now she is crying too. I need advice please.

Hi everybody!
Well my pup is going on five months now, he’s been desexed and had all his needles ect. and he’s a healthy happy boy. However, he has always been an inside dog due to the fact when he was a little guy he was very unwell. We are now moving to a bigger house with a large yard (he’s a cattle dog) and we are hoping for him to become an outside dog. However the problem is we’re having trouble convincing him to be an outside dog 😉
Hes currently being put in the garage with his bed, toys and clothing of ours, we have a clock in there and he has his own radio to keep him company. However, for the last two weeks he will not stop crying, whining, howling, batting at the door loudly and barking. Fortunately, he cries a bit when we put him in at night, and mainly sleeps through the night but as soon as he hears the birds which is like (3 am or 4 am) he won’t stop carrying on from then.
Its driving us crazy, we aren’t getting any sleep and neither is he. It makes us much less approachable in the morning when we get him out. We have started leaving him in there when we go to university and the shops during the day and he continues to do the same thing. We have tried everything, we have ignored him and turned to some smacks on the bottom but nothing is working!
Please if you have any advice, we are willing to try anything!

my kitten is just under 2 weeks old, has very swollen genitals and producing discharge ( smelly) only settled when feeding but walking around crying out

Tonight my boxer has started scratching his ear like crazy and crying while he’s scratching. I think he might have mites but when I try looking he cries more and pulls away. How can I make him comfy till we see the vet in the morning

She’s 10 weeks old and she keeps crying when she has to go potty and she cries louder when she is going.. She seems like her but is sore..

He is 8 weeks old, weighs just over 200g (his litter mates are all at least 600g) has a very soft and enlarged skull with pupils that face east west. There are no good vets here, certainly no vet specialists. Should I wait until he has gained weight before trying to medicate him (All the drugs can be purchased over the counter here and I am medically qualified) or should I start ASAP to help minimise brain damage? He is already blind. Or is the likely outcome so poor that I should be thinking about euthanasia? He seems happy enough at this point in time but cries a lot in the night and I don’t want him to be in pain.

My dog is sometimes crying out in pain but I cannot locate the source of the pain. It seems to either be related to his back hip or his ribs. It is not a consistent pain but when it happens it’s very significant.

Ok so my mom passed away almost 3 months ago and I now take care FULL TIME of her 14 year old shin tzu who knows me very well. He is completely blind and deaf. My issue is that I cannot leave his side for more then 10 minutes or he will start panting and crying like really crying, witch I’ve never heard him do in his entire life. I don’t know what to do ???? I can’t go anywhere or even clean the house because he starts to freak out. I’ve though about maybe having him put down but I don’t because he still does what I call his happy mode, after he eats he does this thing where he rubs his head into the bed kinda under the pillow and I engage with him using my hand. It only lasts for a couple minutes or so but he does this about 2 or 3 times a day. And I feel like that shows some signs of still having a good quality of life. But oh my god he is driving me crazy with not being able to be alone. HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO ????????
