If you honestly cannot afford to get her well and keep her healthy, please surrender her. Please. This is for her health. Please.
Our cat used to be very sociable with other people, even in large groups, now he is timid when we have more than a few people over. We got him in February, when he was 11 months old, and are wondering why he might have changed his behavior?
My dog has blood like discharge coming from his ear when he shakes his head which he is doing continual. It is also all swollen. Apart from phoning the vet in the morning is there anything I can do in meantime?

My dog was bit by another dog about a week and a half ago. The skin was not broken however she does a sac where the bite was. She’s been acting normal and will let me touch the area. Should I be worried?
I adopted a 2 yo dog 3 mo. ago and believe his tail was docked improperly, causing him pain. Though the procedure was not done recently, it is erythematous, scaling, and inflamed. He bites, licks, and scoots on the area. He randomly yelps out in pain, sulking as if we inflicted it. He is potty trained, but has random bouts of uncontrolled minor incontinence. Assuming these sxs are truly attributed to the docking, what can be done?? (I have had dogs with docked tails before, so, yes, I realize these complications are not common, but certainly possible).
My dog has got some serve ear infection and is very uneasy and pus can be seen. Kindly tell what medicine should i give and other precautions I can take.

M Y DOG HAS A SEROMA AND HAS NOT HEALED IN THE LAS THREE MONTHS. MY VET WANTS TO DO A LUMPECTAMY WHAT DO YOU THINK? HE LICKS IT ALOT.
Unfortunately there is not much you can do except try to keep him from hitting it on anything. It sounds like he might have what is called an ear hematoma which is when dogs get a collection of blood in the outer portion of the ear. Usually if this is hit on something before the vet can drain it blood and bloody serum can be thrown around while the dog is shaking it’s head. It really isn’t dangerous to the dog’s health but it can make a horrible mess. Good luck, wish there was more I could do!
