Is there any home remedies or any other way I can treat my three month old puppy with after he ate half or less than half of a 10 mg baclofen pill?
Our 8 week old puppy had a diet change this morning from dry food to wet food for the first time. She has full energy and there has been no change in mood but she has been urinating more than usual, is this normal?

I know that allethrin is highly toxic to bee’s,cats and fish..but not so much to people and birds.
I do not know about dogs though. I know that it is an ingrediant that is common in horse fly spray as well. I am interested if someone can respond regarding dogs…

My 5 year old beagle seems to have the symptoms of lazy tail syndrome. She is eating, drinking and using the bathroom properly but is not wagging her tail and holding it up. Whay can I do for her until payday
I think my Brook got hers after her bath. We went for a walk and she rolled around on the grass like she normally does after her bath. But I was wondering…what if her tail wasn’t fully dry and the cold from the ground together… could that cause her problem. My dogs temperature is 100.04 what should it be when labour is going to start
I have only took temperature once this smorning and it was ,100.04f. She was due 26th but no sign she is just her normal self.I have been told they can go up until their 70th day.as long as their no signs of stress or problems
Thank you.her tempature is now 99.14f.does that mean she will have them within the next 24 hours.
I have took it 3 times today first was 100.04f second was 99.14 and third was 99.32f. I have conta Ted a vet and they send to weight some dogs have pups late.she is not distressed.

Hi Krista my rottweiler was mated 22nd of january and was due 26th of march which makes her 4 days late.I don’t have any concerns at the moment as she is fyn no sign of labour.but her temperature is 98.96f.how many days can dogs go over due?

My dog seems to droolong more than usual from the left side of his mouth. He seems ok otherwise, but he is definitely leaving a trail of drool wherever he goes.
i’d guess this is a dental issue. can you check his mouth to see if he’s broken a tooth or maybe has something stuck?
Drooling can occur for a number of reasons. Yes, dental issue is certainly one of them along with a foreign body in the mouth, licking something disagreeable or upset stomach. Either way, something is amiss. Unless you can safely check for something lodged on that side of the mouth, or don’t find anything, and it doesn’t go away by tonight, do have it checked.

When he is having these episodes he will walk clockwise BUT he will still try walk to him food/bed etc. And if we give him back rubs he will still wag his tail like usual. I noticed he had one tonight and he eventually found his bed (while walking in circles) and went to sleep…when he woke up he was fine again, walking straight. We took him to the vets a few weeks ago after he had his FIRST episode and they told us it was like dog dementia. Is there a treatment or something that will help him? Anything we can do!
This is probably not part of the issue, but she has a lot of scabs on her head, neck, and side. She would go outside around every other day and we don’t know where she goes or what she does so we don’t know if she is just getting into something. Thank you in advance!

My sister moved in 3 years ago with her dog and then left for 1 1/2 years. I’m getting her dog back and I was wondering if my dogs will remember her.
From my experience, dogs remember things much better than we’d figure. Jasmine would need to meet a person just once and would remember them years later. She remembered EVERYTHING.
I think your dog will remember her. I would still introduce them with the same rules as introduction of a new dog, though. On neutral territory and all that. Because remembering someone doesn’t automatically mean being happy to have them barge into your home.
Hi Cheryl, as Jana said they do remember alot! My dads dogs do recognize every singal person and even other pets years later. Also as Jana said keep in mind that recognising isnt enough (just like us humans) sometimes recognizing could mean something negative in their heads. Like a dog knowing that a certain pet will hurt her. I’ve noticed the recognition from the dogs reactions.
I have a very skittish and small cat that has been eating off and on for the last 2 weeks. She will come out for feeding but only eat a little but will revisit later to munch a little more. I’d say she is eating 50% of what she normally does. Nothing has changed- food, environment, placement, etc. I read how to safely put the cat in the crate, but our problem is just catching her. She only comes out from her basement territory for feeding and late night love when things are calm. She does sleep with us. I have tried trial runs to catch her but she either runs as I approach and darts through her basement cat door where she disappears or if I do get my hands on her she screams, wiggles, scratches and out of fear of hurting her or me I let go, those claws are sharp! In the evening during love time I blocked the cat door and tried to catch her, she flipped out. I tried enticing her with food and cat treats, she is too smart for that, lol. My wife can handle her more than I can and she too has tried without success. We have never been able to pick her up and hold her. She appears and acts perfectly normal. My wife is worried about her and if this continues, she thinks a vet visit may be in order (yet another vet visit, we should buy stock, lol). If we ever get her to the vet, she is their problem then, lol. She is 3 years old and other then when she was a kitten, has never been to the vet because of the above reasons. She is indoor only. Any advice on how to catch this wild crazy cat without hurting her or us?
She sounds super cute and a handful 🙂 Dont have anything to add, but have an injured kitten that im handling who sounds very similar to yours before she got injured. Didn’t know a drop trap even existed until now. i like it! Will try finding one for my next vet visit.
