I know that allethrin is highly toxic to bee’s,cats and fish..but not so much to people and birds.
I do not know about dogs though. I know that it is an ingrediant that is common in horse fly spray as well. I am interested if someone can respond regarding dogs…

your dog needs to be seen by a vet. urinating blood can mean a few things, none of which are good if left untreated.
