i would absolutely take your kitten to the vet – pain is an indicator that something is wrong! your vet should be able to tell you why your kitten is in pain.
I Go Into The Room…
My cats gave birth to 3 kittens 48hrs ago, one died.
I go into the room to change her water and give her more food, and she gave birth to two more kittens.. One of them also died, and a hour later she gave birth to another which also died, and had no tail? I can’t take her to the vet because its too late and nothings open.. I also felt by her genietal area. And I feel a tube like thing that’s hard. Is it another kitten? What should I do till the morning? I’m very worried 🙁 and yes I’ll be speying her in 8-9 weeks time.

I am a cat foster mom. I currently have a little 8 week old calico kitten that has URI. It was real bad when I first got her and had to hand feed her. She is now eating and drinking fine but her breathing is horrible. She is gasping alot and it has me worried. She is currently on Amoxicillin and I am using a humidifier to try to help her breathing.
She delivered them in a flower pot in our garden, and I have no idea what to do! The kittens are lying there crying for milk, but the mother will not even look at them. It’s horrifying, and I am truly at a loss. We have a dog, Buddy, and he’s a bit too playful to be gentle enough around new-born kittens, so I’m trying my best to keep him away from them for now. If anyone has ANY suggestions at all, PLEASE let me know, I would truly appreciate it.
I have a kitten that just recently started limping. It’s been going on since yesterday. He’s been shaking every now and then and his fur looks different like kind of scruffy. He also meows like he’s in Pain every so often. He just been sleeping all day too.

We got a new kitten, and ever since then, my 13 year old cat has been vomiting. She acts normal otherwise, and is aggressive towards the kitten. She still eats though.
my 8 month old kitten won’t eat, drink and she is throwing up white foam. She’s been throwing 2 times a day. What bis wrong with her?
1- She Only Took Cows…
I got this 1.5 months old persian female kitten yesterday.
1- She only took cows milk for the first time during day and did vomit at night.
2- Today she took nothing, except water (only small quantity) and did not go to litter box whole day.
3- She is very slow and almost sleeping whole day.
4- I tried to force feed her milk and cat food, she immediately did vomit.
What should i do now? Its public holiday next 3 days no vet is open.

Lilly Bounds I hate to be the one to tell you this, but cow’s milk is REALLY BAD for cats of all ages. Most cats are lactose intolerant, and I’d say the same for your kitten. Don’t try to force feed her, take her to the vet ASAP. I really hope she feels better, though.

julie brader You need to take her to an emergency Vet without delay, your kitten sounds to be very ill. Cows milk is not good for kittens of this age she needs kitten milk. Shes also too young at 1.5 months to be away from her mum. Please stop force feeding her cows milk and food it may be that causing her to be ill….take her to an emergency Vet.
So, we have a kitten about 4 to 5 months. We noticed that for the past couple of weeks, his stomach grows bigger and bigger. Now, his rear legs and tail are paralyzed. So, he walks with his two front legs and drags his rear legs. Also, he would always eat whenever we give him food. However, we noticed that he haven’t urinated or discharged. We would put him inside a box, so he could sleep. As he tries to sleep, his hands would shake every now and then. We also noticed that his heart beats fast sometimes, even when he’s sleepin’. And, he doesn’t have any voice when he speaks. I don’t know if it’s odd that he kneads and purrs, especially with his condition. So, today’s his 3rd day and nothing have changed. I tried lookin’ for any reasons behind his condition or what it’s called, but I couldn’t find any. We couldn’t bring him to the vet, especially because of the weather right now here. And, my Dad thinks it’s expensive and it would cost a lot of money if we bring him to the vet.

julie brader Hello Alya
This cat needs a Vet URGENTLY right now!!! hes in critical condition and you cannot leave him suffering like this.
His stomach is probably full of urine if he hasn’t urinated….leave him much longer and his bladder will burst.
Take him to a Vet now…emergency.I’m sorry but you should not have pets if you are not prepared to give them the correct care. Its cruel to leave your cat in pain. VET NOW.

Aleia Samonte Alright, thank you so much.

Aleia Samonte Well, his stomach becomes a bit smaller now. And, he had urinated and defecated yesterday. Also, we saw his legs moved one time.

We found orphaned kittens about 3 weeks old and have been feeding them but one has begun swelling in its genital area. What’s wrong? It’s appetite has also went down dramatically.
Did you figure everything out?
