For how long shall I isolate my parvo puppy from her younger mate? She has her own room with a balcony upstairs, while the other pup lives downstairs. She’s sick from last Monday and I’m planning to isolate them for at least 1,5 week more.

Hi my senior dog was just diagnosed of having pyometra, I don’t know if its closed or open type , but a lot of brown discharge is comming out of her vagina, the vet asked for an expensive price that we looked right away for other vets, we found one that is cheaper, she will undergo surgery tomorrow morning, I’m concered about the dextrose in her front leg, is it alright to iv her before surgery or should I take it off for her to be ready ?

My 6 year old Mini Schnauzer tore her ACL a few years back. Before she had surgery we asked what else could be done. Our vet said either surgery (which cost us 2,000$) or put her down. Is this true? Are there other alternatives? And she may have torn it again(we aren’t sure). What should we do about that?

My rescue cat- who we’ve had for about 6 months- just had some white discharge come from her ear. Otherwise, she seems relatively fine. She’s eating/drinking normally. She had a sinus infection when we first got her and then again about a month later. Since then she’s been okay. Any thoughts?
